Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Sugar Land, Texas? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Sugar Land?

Luckily for home owners in Sugar Land there are not too many foreclosures in town. Foreclosures bring down the value of all the homes in the neighborhood and often become an eyesore. They can be a great investment opporitunity but purchasing one can often be difficult and filled with red tape.
